Tech with a specialization in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics &amp; Communication / Mechanical OR MCA Preferred Qualification M.E. OR M.Tech. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics &amp; Communication / Mechanical Minimum Experience (Years) 13 years as on 21.05.2021 Candidates mandatorily should have experience in MM or SD or FI, Production Support of SAP Based applications, minimum 2 years of project management experience &amp; knowledge of writing scenario-based test cases. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in end-to-end implementation of one SAP project, strong knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP BW/BI, SOLMAN, GRC, SAPS4/Hana, SA P PO/PI, experience in managing an SAP team, knowledge of web-based applications using any technology &amp; knowledge of various testing tools and techniques shall be preferred Indicative Job Description : The incumbent will be responsible for 1. Providing technical guidance of SAP project personnel and for providing a framework for project planning, communications, procedural and contractual activity. 2. The incumbent would be required to organize and lead SAP functional consultants and technical team comprising of developer and BASIS personnel in developing and implementing project deliverables. 3. The incumbent needs to develop required business knowledge, interface with internal business leader to identify business requirements and develop proposal, work plans, estimates project effort, identify skill requirements, coordinate with project team and manage deadlines, work with deployment to identify appropriate resources and manages their integration into the team. 4. The incumbent needs to understand integration with other non-SAP systems and provide required inputs for creating such interface. 5. The incumbent needs to coordinate with vendors to ensure quality, cost and time 6. Any other assignments as may be given from time to time. The above list is indicative only and not exhaustive COMPENSATION : Grade : E5 Basic Scale : 80000 - 220000 Initial Pay : 80000 CTC at the beginning of the scale (Rs / lakhs per annum): 23 Lakhs per annum Net Take Home: 110659 CTC shall include Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Other Perks &amp; Allowances, Performance Related Pay, encashment of earned leaves, work related benefits and Retiral benefits as applicable in the grade as per rules of the Company. (Post-Retirement Medical Coverage Scheme is applicable to candidates who are 50 years of age or below as on date on which they come on the regular rolls of the Company. However, this condition shall not be applicable in case of candidates who join after resigning from any CPSE, provided the total of past service in the CPSE and future service in the company till the date of normal retirement is 10 years or more). All the benefits will be governed by the policy of the Company in force and as amended from time to time.
