Role Overview:

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the security services sector.

- Manage the complete sales cycle.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate, industrial, and residential clients.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.

- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience

- Strong network and market knowledge in the assigned region.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

- Ability to work independently and lead a regional sales strategy.

- Previous experience in the security industry is a plus
