ACCOUNTS & MIS

- Analyzing and presenting periodic financial statements & various MIS reports to the Board/Top Management/CO.

- To develop and maintain all necessary financial, information systems and procedures in order to ensure the effective and efficient attainment of the firm's objectives.

- To ensure that all necessary statements and reports are generated in order to enable the accurate measurement of cash flow, profit and loss, and debtors, etc.

- To review new project assignment budgets on a regular basis.

- To review the treasury reports.

- To periodically review outstanding collections and bank statements.

- To recommend any changes necessary to improve the firm's financial performance and financial controls.

- To be updated with all developments in financial management that might affect the firm's finances or its statutory

obligations.

AUDITS :

- Smooth functioning of internal audits & statutory audit in order to ensure that firm operations are carried out

efficiently and with integrity.

- To ensure that agreed recommendations are implemented.

- To maintain a close working relationship with the external auditors to ensure compliance and cooperation with

their requirements and to provide an effective audit trail.

FINANCE / TREASURY & FUND RAISING :

- Determining financial objectives like fund mobilization & facilitate budgeting, cash flow planning,forecasting, credit ratings, cost optimizing, funding requirements & investing activities.

- Overall responsible for ensuring timely billing, collections & effective working capital management.

- To monitor reports and bank statements on a daily basis for daily fund requirements in order to take suitable and

required actions.

TEAM MANAGEMENT :

- Team training, building, regular reviews, conducting annual appraisals & recruitment

- Providing complete support & co-operation to other departments for smoother workflow & healthier relationship.



BUDGETING :

- Finalising the annual budget based on the information provided by the respective HODs.

- To ensure that all financial targets are met as per the budgets and that financial and statutory regulations are complied with in timely manner.
