Baker Tilly DHC - Associate/Senior Associate - IFRS/Ind AS (0-3 yrs)
- Involved in Ind AS conversion project and Statutory Audits Ind AS.
- Assist in identifying the GAAP difference between IGAAP and Ind AS/ IFRS for the client and prepare a log sheet, impact assessment report and other deliverables.
- Write memos or note on accounting issues and conclusion on those issues.
- Assist in preparation of financial statement as per Ind AS/ IFRS.
- Interact with the client representatives for the ongoing requirements of the project.
- Monitor progress and kept informed about progress and expected outcomes to team leader/Manager.
- Research on the accounting issues face while convergence and find solution under IndAS/ IFRS.
- Assist in preparing the tools, templates and guides for Ind AS/ IFRS.
- Contribute in preparing Ind AS training material, presentations or firm publication.
- Assist in preparing proposal/filing tender documents.
Audit
- Involved in carrying out Statutory audit / Limited Reviews/ Tax Audit.
Desired Candidate profile:
- Must have strong knowledge of Ind AS/ IFRS, Indian accounting standards and be abreast with current trends in markets.
- Must have completed IFRS/ Ind AS training/ course from ICAI or from reputed firm or diploma in ACCA.
- Preferably should have handled few IFRS engagements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills).
- The candidate should have hand holding experience with word, excel, power point, tally and other accounting software.
- Ability to work well in teams.
