Duties And Responsibilities :
Key Deliverables for the role :
- Will be responsible for building the ACMF business in south region by acquiring NTB clients as well as managing existing relationship.
- Will lead team of Sales manager from an end to end sales delivery of a financing solution.
- Will be responsible for revenue delivery on (fee and Interest Income) through focused efforts around
- New Client Acquisition numbers, volume and profitability.
- Existing Customers Wallet Penetration
- Client Relationship Strength Scores
- People management
- Competency Metrics.
- Will be expected to actively participate and contribute towards new product initiatives, market feedback, Industry dynamics etc.
Stakeholders : Extensive engagement with Clients, Credit and Underwriting, Legal, Operations towards timely delivery.
Required Qualifications :
- MBA / CA with 8-12 years of relevant experience in Mid Market/Large corporate Segment
- Relationship / Client acquisition exposure and revenue delivery in Business Banking / SME / MME on the asset side.
- Exposure to commercial lending products, appreciation of Mid-Market Credit and operational processes.
- Strong Sales profile with relationship orientation and ability to work with team.
- Flair on spoken and written language.
- Passionate about Commercial Lending.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong business orientation.
