Designation: National Manager (E06)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of post-qualification experience
Reporting to: Head - Management Reporting
Job Responsibilities:
- One point of contact for all Management Reporting related data flow from all businesses in the company
- Monthly Performance Management: Responsible for Monthly Management Reporting with detailed Variance analysis to the Top Management of the company including Segmental Profitability Reporting & Variance Analysis within 2 working days to drive optimal decisions & superior performance.
- Preparation of Monthly Management reporting (Monthly financial trackers) with ratio analysis for decision making for top management.
- Support Consumer businesses with next month financial forecasts for presentation to top management & inclusion in their monthly decks
- Help Consumer businesses & support functions track their budget v/s actuals on a monthly basis
- Annual Budgeting: Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of the Company with the specific focus on Consumer businesses
- Preparation of Half Yearly Reforecasts of the budgets of the Company with a specific focus on Consumer businesses
- Planning: Preparation of Long Range Plan (LRP) of the Company with a specific focus on Consumer businesses
- Continuous engagement with all business teams; assist in new business simulations, forecasting based on changed business environment/dynamics
- Provide Auditors with various variance analysis and details as required during the quarter and year-end audits
- Ensure monthly reconciliation of Management accounts and Financial Accounts
- Manage and monitor product wise business plans - Portfolio mix, volumes, Revenue, Fees, Cost of funds, Opex, NPA loans provisions and all related metrics for Consumer businesses

Required Qualification:
- CA with 8+ years of experience with 1+ year of experience in management reporting.
- Should be Preferably from Banking & Financial services industry or having previous BFSI experience.
- Must possess the strong business acumen to be able to understand key metrics of all the businesses in the company.
- High motivational levels and need to be a self-starter.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skill, Negotiation and influencing skills, Relationship management skill.
