Job title: Senior Manager - Brand Management  Reports to : National Manager - Strategic Brand Management  Location: Corporate Office, Pune  Position summary: Think, design and implement communication frameworks for the brand with the objective of driving the key marketing strategy metrics  Duties and Responsibilities:  - Manage key brand communication - both internal and external  - Design and execute a multi-faceted and well-defined communication framework to build the company image as a leading player for the breadth of financial services  - Create, deploy and manage an integrated marketing communications framework for key brand initiatives  - Create and develop relevant communication in relation to strategic requirements and product offerings to support image development, product launches, large promos and big demand generation efforts  - Enhance customer perception of company's capabilities and offerings; differentiate the company from competitors, and create a preference for our services in the marketplace through relevant communication initiatives  - Create and govern all communication as per the defined design systems and brand guidelines thereby driving identified brand association and attribute scores  - Create key internal communication campaigns that drive the - employer of choice- agenda  - Manage suppliers of communication services (internal and external) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of overall marketing effort  - Build an intelligence repository of category and competition understanding  - Assess and monitor performance against objectives, metrics and budgets  Required Qualifications and Experience:  - MBA from a Tier-1 B-school with around 7 years of experience in advertising, media and communications  - Ability to appreciate and evaluate creative/design output and media strategy  - Work experience in offline media domain will be an advantage  - Must have worked on developing the overall communications strategy for a marquee brand  - Multi-sector experience  Core Competencies:  - Proven insight mining curiosity  - Possess the knowledge to devise innovative communication strategies to meet desired objectives and outcomes.  - Ability to multitask & work independently in a fast-paced environment and have the organizational skills to lead/execute communication strategies under tight timelines  - Ability to maintain composure during crisis situations so as to provide well-informed and strategic recommendations to senior management to resolve/mitigate issues.  - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.  - Exhibits very high entrepreneurial spirit and agility
