Position summary: - We are looking for a specialist who has strong experience in Cards and Payments domain. - Should have managed full range of technology projects in financial industry. Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing medium to large project management on Business transformation and re-engineering. - Responsible for managing project management components like project initiation, planning, ROI estimation and execution. - Strong technology adoption, project delivery and domain experience in Cards, Payments, LOS and LMS - Responsible for managing requirements from various business units across multiple systems and platforms - Responsible for managing & defining solutions of business requirement with respect to system fitment - Ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables - Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables - Preparation of management MIS on various IT projects and deliveries. - Responsible for management of operational issues and interface with IT delivery managers, business units and QA team for resolution. - Provide an effective liaison between the business units and technology team Required Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum qualification required is Post-Graduate with an experience of around 10 - 12 years. - Should have worked and implemented projects preferably in Cards and Payments, LMs and Banking domain - Should have the ability to lead a team of minimum 10 people - Strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to tailor communication to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Interest and passion to work on IT applications and projects - Thorough knowledge of business processes required for Loan management cycle - Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to propose and deliver cost effective solutions
