Duties and Responsibilities: WHY THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED : - To create a new benchmark experience in financial services - Offer differentiated proposition to the best customer in BFL franchise - To set up capability that can be leveraged by other parts of the company - In summary, Prime should become the hallmark for a frictionless experience standpoint - We are looking for a person who can lead the imagination, creation and execution, and build Prime as a significant contribution to the organization's strategy KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - CAPABILITY CREATION - - Define and own the overall scope of Prime - Lead a cross functional team of experts from respective functions and businesses. - Timely and on-scope execution of the capability - Liaison with Marketing Technology for ongoing enhancements and new capabilities MULTI - CHANNEL ACQUISITIONS - Responsible for annual acquisition plan for Prime across NTB (New to Franchise), ETB (Existing customers) and Prospects, covering offline and online channels EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT - - Define, deploy and own end to end customer journey and overall experience across all channels - Liaison with call center team to ensure a benchmark inbound and outbound service experience - Work with brand and communication teams to create compelling proposition and effective communication on an ongoing basis FUNNEL MANAGEMENT - - Drive conversion ratios from origination to fulfillment across all channels - Create and deploy programs to improve conversion ratios in conjunction with Precision Marketing team PRODUCT MANAGEMENT - Work with Risk teams to define the product program and launch product promos from time to time. - Ensure overall health of the portfolio from Risk policy standpoint PERFORMANCE MONITORING - - Monitor performance of all initiatives, course correct and report - Drive key metrics across the various campaigns and initiatives - Monitor business KPIs and the impact of digital marketing interventions KEY METRICS - Business KPIs - - NPS (Net Promoter Score) - Conversions and fee - Campaign performance - Execution efficiency (TATs and delivery) - Required Qualifications and Experience: ESSENTIAL SKILLS - - Program management - Understanding of digital highways and digital media - Account management - Understanding of P&L drivers APTITUDE - - Leadership - Team management and indirect influence - Speed and agility - Manage change and ambiguity EXPERIENCE - - Account management in a high-growth consumer business - E-commerce experience is a significant plus - Exposure to P&L management is a must - 8-10 years- experience
