Bajaj Finserv - Manager - Branch/Retail Marketing (2-5 yrs)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee branch upkeep of communication devices and communication message in use

- Co-ordination with the Business teams for planning & execution of periodic plans and reports

- Devise walk-in activities for branches

- Co-ordination with the vendors for execution of marketing activities

- Maintain a standard SOP and drive parity of communication across branches

- Ensure deployment as per the agreed guidelines & timelines.

- Co-ordinate with Finance team to ensure that vendor bills are cleared as per agreed TAT

- Tracking of competition branding activity across premium BFSI outlets

- Maintaining & publishing dashboards & reports of the branding to various stakeholders in the company

- Regular market visits to track progress on execution of marketing activities at all branches

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Around 4-5 years of experience in handling retail visibility & BTL activation

- Experience in large scale retail visibility execution across India

- Experience in retail management, preferred is BFSI category

- In-depth knowledge of media & material used in Signage & other various instore branding elements.

Core Competencies:

- Hands on experience of marketing visibility activities

- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment and have the organizational skills to lead/execute under tight timelines

- Ability to maintain composure during crisis situations so as to provide well-informed and strategic recommendations to senior management to resolve/mitigate issues.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.
