Bajaj Electricals - Regional Manager - Luminaires Upgrade Business

- We have six strategic business units - Engineering & Projects, Appliances, Fans, Luminaries, Lighting and Morphy Richards.

- With 19 branch offices spread across India we are supported by a chain of about 1000 distributors, 4000 authorized dealers, over 4,00,000 retail outlets and over 282 Customer Care centers.

- Now we have this opening for Regional Manager - Upgrade, for our Luminaires division in Bangalore. This is an exciting sales/BD role, which will work closely with PMCs and their customers, in converting such leads.

Role and Responsibilities :

- To develop relation with PMC and FMC to get insight of New Project and Upgrade.

- Identifying Upgrade opportunities and working closely with concerned FMC.

- Achieving assigned annual target through quarterly achievements. Measurement to be made by business volume creation and converted to order.

- Creating opportunity bank.

- Identifying and appointing Opex channel. Minimum 3 channel per Branch, in south three branches.

- Conducting seminar and in-house presentations. Average 4 event per quarter.

- Working in close collaboration with sales team for the order conversion.

- Coordination with BLiSS team for the case related to Architect and Consultant

- Weekly reporting and review of process followed.

Desired Candidates : Looking for Commercial Lighting/Luminaires Sales professionals with good experience and PMC contacts, with exposure to handling PMCs for Revenue Generation.

Experience : 10 - 16 years

Education : BE Graduates, preferably with an MBA.
