Bajaj Electricals - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Statutory Compliance & Labour Legislation

Salary Offered: 7 - 10 LPA

1. Monitoring day to day statutory compliance at Head Office, 21 Branches and Project sites PAN India

2. Ensure periodic review of compliance SOPs and regularly update it as per the appropriate legislations.

3. Dealing with Govt. Inspector/officers during inspections & ensure No violations under Labour laws.

4. Ensure Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half yearly/ Annual File returns submitted within time as per the statutory norms.

5. Ensure periodic review of Third party / Outsource agencies process, record any deviation and take remedial actions.

6. Monitor, review, Track court cases and liaisoning with company advocate. Also attend the court cases hearing as and when required.

7. To deal with BEL Union and their Litigations.

We are looking for candidates possessing strong knowledge in Legal & compliance with excellent communication skills. The person should have done Master in Labour Law or equivalent.

This position is based at our Mumbai Head Office in Sion East.
