Bajaj Auto - Brand Manager - Probiking - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (4-9 yrs)
Who can apply?
- MBA in Sales and Marketing from Tier 1 B-Schools only
- 4-9 years of relevant Post MBA marketing experience in the FMCG/FMCD or any reputed brands
What does the role entail?
1) Brand Management
- Development and Execution of end to end Brand Promotion Programs
- Nurturing the Brand in all forums - Offline and Online
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve the desired objectives
2) Advertising Development
- Assist execution of advertising and promotion campaigns. Interact with multiple agencies - advertising, digital & social media, activation
3) Strategic Planning
- Assist the Marketing Manager to develop & communicate strategic marketing plan.
- Follow-up for the executions of short-term marketing programs to ensure goal achievements set-out by the
Company's business objectives and its strategic marketing plan.
4) Consumer Understanding
- Consumer Insights; Assist the Consumer Insights team with research initiatives.
- Execute approved brand research plans
- Review monthly consumer call and complaints data (for brand) and take appropriate action
5) Digital Marketing
- Manage the existing digital and social media properties
- Be up to date with the latest trends. Ideate and drive innovations in the digital space.
- Be the - voice- of the marketing department to drive new digital engagements.
