Position: Senior Manager Grade: L3B Department: Internal Audit Location : Pune HO Reporting to : Internal Audit Head Purpose of the Job : - Provide support for management update, audit committee, IFC and ERM framework. Key Responsibilities : - Developing methods for use of data analytics in IA review - Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, identify issues and suggest preventive and corrective measures - Lead assignment and mange team - Define the scope of the assignment and gather data for IA from various methods - Follow-up on previous audit report - Review work performed by outsourced consultants Key/ Distinguishing for the Role : - Exposure to Insurance / Financial Sector (LI preferable) - Robust analytical skills to relate IT risks with potential business exposure - Good communication skills and should have been working with LI Company / Big 4 - Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the IA framework - Good communication and presentation skills, ability to discuss and handle senior management - Clarity on thought, articulation of observation / issues and good command over written language - Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Internal Audit Framework Educational Level : CA with CISA mandatory with IA experience Work Experience : 9+ years- experience
