Position: Manager Grade: L2A Department: Internal Audit Location : Pune HO Reporting to : Senior Manager Purpose of the Job : - Provide support for management update, audit committee, IFC and ERM framework. Key Responsibilities : - Perform audit work, including plan preparation, work papers, findings and associated reports - Meeting timelines and focusing on the quality of observations - Schedule and plan audit, carry out risk assessment - Prepare detailed reports on audit findings Key/ Distinguishing for the Role - Exposure to Insurance / Financial Sector (preferable) - Good communication skills - Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the IA framework - Good communication and presentation skills - Clarity on thought, articulation of observation / issues and good command over writtenlanguage - Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Internal Audit Framework Educational Level : CA mandatory with CISA is desirable with IA experience Work Experience : 6+ years experience
