Lead Large Corporate Business
JOB PURPOSE:
Planning, mapping, targeting and converting the Extra-Large and Large Corporate Branches Accounts in a structured way;Organize various roadshows for their corporates showcasing BAGIC's product offering to corporates and its employees.
Responsibilities :
1. Meeting LCB Branch heads of the partner Banks who handle corporate customers of their region/Zone and their customers
2. Target large Accounts or as per Bank's definition for General Insurance business ( Non-GMC , GPA )
3. Provide superior Customer experience
4. Create a relationship and maintain healthy rapport with Branch heads, Relationship Managers, Regional/Zonal Heads, Corporate Clients, and Key decision makers and convert proposals
5. Maintaining Relationship Matrix and Mapping sheet of Corporate Accounts/Clients
6. Identify Client segments and tailor-make prompt strategies in consultation with the line function.
7. Provide feedback on Insurance related activities at the ground to Partner Bank's Line supervisors through updates, MIS and regular meetings.
8. Weekly review meetings with Regional heads and Monthly business review meeting with Zonal Heads of Partner Banks to discuss course-correction if any and way forward.
9. Conduct RM Road shows regularly and address them to garner top-of-the-mind recall.
10. Convert at least one large account (non-GMC, GPA) every quarter
11. Cross-sell to Corporate's Employees
Work Experience: 8+ years' experience in managing corporate sales ( Must have ), product & functionary
