Key Responsibilities:   Business  - Managing P&L, processes, budgets, Strategic Initiatives to deliver Business targets for - Direct to Customer- Sales Channel  - Device roadmap for setting up capability for generating sales & revenue from direct channel  - Responsible for managing day to day business and driving sales for Direct to Customer Sales Channel  - Leverage technology to improve the overall end to end process and improve conversions at every touch point  - Conceptualize and build a framework for Cross-sell and Affinity tie-ups  - Identify lucrative customer segments and specific cross-sell - programs" that will fit in with customer needs and available product set  - Help setup database capabilities - Database generation, enrichment, analytics, propensity modelling, decision engines (algorithms) etc.  - Deliver new revenue streams & Models. Also create and execute on newer revenue streams from Direct to Customer ecosystem.  - Design performance matrices for sales and distribution channel to enhance overall productivity and profitability.  - Distribution planning, financial budgeting and forecasting on key business matrices related to direct to customer channel.  - Ensure required Face time in market through personal visits as well as execution on required beat plan for all levels of sales teams.  - Deliver on Quality parameters including Persistency, free look and leakages, NPS defined for business.   People   - Develop leadership across Direct to Customer team to create capacity for growth of business in terms of people management.   - Deliver on Attrition and Engagement metrics for Direct to Customer team.  - Create scalable and sustainable new pools on FOS hiring. As well as work with Product and HR team to continue to improve engagement metrics for FOS team.  Controllership   - Ensure required controllership in Direct to Customer and required compliance to lay out policy and process.  Capabilities   - Define and execute on operating rigor through sales team to drive change management across processes to improve customer experience as well as deliver operating leverage.  - Continuously assess competition activities in market and create solutions working with product management team& Support Teams to increase competitive advantage of business in market place.  - Work with Product and Operations team in creating new capabilities for business as well as execution of those capabilities in market place  Candidate Profile   - Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree with 10+ years of experience.  - Should have managed large team in recent past.  - Prior experience in Insurance/ Banking business   - Should have excellent communication skills.  - Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.  - Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter and wanting to work in sales & distribution requiring relationship management as well as travel.  Competencies  The qualified candidates will need to demonstrate the following competencies:  - Result Orientation: The candidate must demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver against planned targets, exerting strong control through the provision of high quality analysis, measurement and reporting, strong accountability.   - Strategic Orientation: The right candidate must demonstrate the ability to think though medium term priorities and options and be able to apply this understanding in his or her judgment on policies and frameworks.   - Collaboration and Influencing: The candidate will demonstrate a highly collaborative working style that contributes to the broader organization through engaging stakeholders.
