Bajaj Allianz - Campus Lead - Human Resources (6-10 yrs)
1. Build and develop strong collaboration relationships with academic institutions to enhance reach
2. Tap every graduate/postgraduate college in the territory for effective market penetration
3. Attending college career fairs, interacting with students and promoting our employer brand
4. Hosting in-house career days for students and recent graduates by department (short/long projects)
5. Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including number of students interviewed and hired
6. Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities
7. Co Create Industry Academia Sessions with Colleges and BALIC leadership team
8. Tie up for specialist Campuses with focus on D&I
9. Partner with Training Teams across the Zone for training interventions, participation and successful implementation
10. Conduct monthly / quarterly meetings with Campus Hires, Managers, Zonal Heads to understand the success of Campus Hires and propose amendments
