Purpose of the Job :
To re-position life insurance as a wealth management instrument with a focus on building agency distribution network specifically in the financial investment sector.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) :
- To build a robust and profitable distribution network of Advisors & FLS in the financial investment space.
- To plan and execute sales and marketing activities for meeting the assigned business target
- To ensure activation and desired productivity levels of the FLS & Advisors in the team.
- To establish a performance culture in the team, through regular performance evaluation/reviews and robust monitoring mechanisms
- To take initiative for team's development through productivity improvement drives and /or training programs to enable them to pitch life insurance as wealth management instrument.
- To ensure compliance and implementation of desired business practice for quality business procurement.

Educational Level
Must have: Minimum Graduate, MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Work Experience :
6 yrs of experience with minimum 3 yrs in a team handling role in Wealth Management profile, preferably with AMCs.
