- Understand partner's current processes and systems.
- Leverage full understanding of our existing processes and systems to design an effective process for onboarding as well as customer services.
- Provide support to technical/operations team of partner for implementation.
- Preparation of BRD, SPO's and Project trackers for monitoring the project
- Branch Operations
- GI - Product knowledge
- Draw process flow ( Business requirement document)
