2. Job Description

a. The RSM - Modern Trade will report to VP - Sales.

b. The RSM- Modern Trade will be responsible for :

i. Build Sound Infrastructure for Modern Trade to meet organization objectives

ii. Key Accounts management

iii. Achieving agreed sales targets.

iv. Training, motivation and control of the field force

v. Management of distribution infrastructure: Depots / C&Fas / Distributors / Retailers

vi. BTL activities in the area

vii. Ensure all sales related process are adhered to by the team

c. Location : The candidate will be based at Mumbai

3. Profile

a. The candidate will need to be a seasoned Sales Manager with solid experience in FMCG sales. He should have worked extensively in the North region

b. Specialized in Channel Sales, Distributors, Hyper Markets and Large Corporate Accounts.

c. The ideal candidate should have worked in sales of packaged foods (Biscuits Breakfast Cereals / Snack Foods) with an MNC / well organised Indian Company

d. He should be a dynamic go getter with a strong focus on delivering results. He should be able to function effectively on his own in a relatively unstructured environment

e. He should have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience with 4 yrs of Modern Trade experience.

f. An MBA degree is preferred but not essential for this position.

4. Remuneration : As per industry norms.
