- Driving sales & distribution initiatives and achieving desired Sales and P&L objectives with overall responsibility of ROI.
- Driving business by identifying opportunities, streamlining systems with focus on bottom line, process efficiency and cost optimization.
- Business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
- Efficient in formulating business strategies with capability to prioritize and operate proactively in fast paced business environment.

- Provide guidance in establishing and deploying service level agreements with the distribution network.
- Scan the environment to map customer requirements, segment markets and assist the Management and the CP team in customizing offerings accordingly.
- Ensure development and implementation of systems and processes to enhance proximity to the customer and provide value added services, Ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Ensure development of Channel Partner & Distributors channels, responsible for relationship management with key accounts.
- Continually monitor the distribution channels and ensure efficiency of sales operations along with cost optimization.
- Retain and engage the talent employed and build a collaborative and high performance team.
- Identify critical skill sets required to achieve current and future business objectives.
