We are looking for Cheif Architect/ VP Technology for our organization Location: Delhi Reporting to CTO Experience: 12 - 16 years KRA's 1. Identify the appropriate software architecture based on business requirements. 2. You will work closely with software engineers in collaboration with product and other functional teams to advise technical architecture direction and design solutions 3. To determine the technical direction for a highly scalable and secure architectures 4. Adherence to standards and best practices, high performance, and scalable solutions 5. Performs problem analysis and triage to identify root causes and outline resolution options 6. Lays out the design of how applications and systems should work from a technical perspective, and quickly identifies and resolves design flaws early in design life cycle 7. You will also continuously discover, evaluate and implement new design patterns to maximize efficiency and improve performance to remain competitive 8. Prioritizes workload and accomplishes multiple assignments on time 9. Maintain and evolve software architecture documents as needed based on evolving market needs and technologies. 10. Formulate and lead the architectural review process 11. Interface with IT and Security architects to ensure the project meets all corporate guidelines for deployment 12. Collaboration with other departments (Sales / Marketing / Operations /Customer Contact Centre / etc) Desired Skills 1. Knowledge of web and mobile applications. 2. LAMP stack with knowledge around laravel. 3. Query modeling and DB schema structuring for a scalable and available architecture. 4. AWS architecture and scalable self services components knowledge. 5. 4+ years of experience designing/architecting horizontally scalable, multi-tenant web applications 6. B.E. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred 7. Above 8 years of experience in systems and programming, technical support or implementation 8. Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs 9. Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills for technical audiences, able to 10. explain technical solutions to technical teams 11. Deep understanding & expertise with highly transactional, large relational, and complex systems 12. Should have participated in, and be familiar with Agile project methodologies 13.
