We are looking for Head Master Trainer/Head Coach Department Customer Service Department Location New Delhi Reporting To CEO (Dr. Vivek Bindra) Total Experience 12-15 years of experience Mandatory Qualification ICF Certified Master Trainer Key Result Areas - Successfully manage and lead a team of more than 75+ members - Responsible for the growth of vertical PnL - Design sales strategy, set goals and drive execution to achieve them - Ensure call quality standards are met and achieve the desired outcomes via interventions and training - achieve productivity targets and to keep attrition and PIP within the stipulated levels - Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions - Achieve business numbers in terms of accounts, margin, cost of acquisition, lead conversion etc. for entire B2C vertical of the business. End to end ownership of team level targets and cost budgets Desired Skill Set (Technical) 1. People and team management 2. Customer Focus 3.
