Job Description : - Responsible for story-boarding product, processes, policies and IT applications content in instructor lead and self-learning style for employees and channel partners. - Responsible for writing FAQ's for product and processes /Best Practices in self-learning/conversation/story telling style for employees and channel partners - Proofread and make desired corrections in the content prepared by Graphic Designers - Researching and organizing facts for all types of content creation and ascertaining that content thus made is factual - Draft email communications/ what's app/SMS messages for broadcast for employees/channel partners and customers on various products and processes. - Story boarding all said content for blended learning in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc. - Work on a project delivery method to have all content created and broad-casted on time
