We are looking for GM/DGM-Functional Training Academics (L&D Department)

Experience : 10 + years of experience

People from startup companies will be given first preference.

CTC : 15 to 20 Lacs

Location : Okhla


Key Result Areas :

Training and Development :

- Understanding the company's overall business objective and closely design the Academies framework aligned with the overall vision and developing + delivering learning strategies

- Define the goals and objectives of Functional Training Academies. Responsible for providing structure and ensure implementation of Learning Academies and milestone programs

- Formulate the strategy, keeping in mind customer needs, learner data, emerging trends, and technologies.

- To create a learning-oriented work environment in synergy with organizational value to increase business impact

- Collaborate with senior management and business heads to identify present and future skill gap to develop a learning and development strategy to ensure talent is skill ready in future

- To design, develop and deliver learning across platforms and prioritize the same to increase the overall learning impact

- Responsible for introducing progressive best practices in L&D framework to ensure fast and ahead of time skill development in the organization

- Work actively on creating and maintaining value proposition for the organization while leading a team of hi potential individuals

- Identify and build relations with learning vendors and vet the overall quality of delivery

- Keep pace with the latest innovations, practices and technologies in the learning and development industry, in areas of training design, development, and deployment.

- Responsible for running diagnostics, design, implementation, delivery and business ROI for the strategies in learning

- Ensure designing of strong competency framework for all levels within the organization

People and Culture :

- Ensure smooth execution of the training and development mechanism through hiring, training and building a motivated team.

- Mentor direct reportees, ensuring alignment with BBPL's values and vision.

Stakeholder Management and Negotiation :

- Establish a strong collaborative feedback mechanism to solve difficult mandates with a focus on meeting the expectations of stakeholders.

- Negotiate with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.

Business Results :

- Define the goals and objectives of Functional Training Academies

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Exposure to short and medium strategic planning exercises - either as a lead or as a key member of the driving team

2. Experience with having worked with senior management stakeholders

3. Experience with stakeholder management in complex settings

4. Structured problem-solving at a level of proficiency required (as a project manager or a level higher) in top consulting firms

5. Experience of having built and managed a small but high functioning team(s) to outcomes

6. Experience in areas of Instructional Design, Mobile Learning, Micro Learning, Social Learning, Gamification and Learning Management Systems

7. Analyzing and utilizing the performance data of different teams, to formulate training strategy and interventions

8. Intrinsic focus on customer centricity and continuously innovating on ways to provide excellent customer service

9. Passion for technology, with prior experience in leveraging technology to drive e-learning and virtual training modules

10. Ability to take decisive action based on professional and practical analysis of situations
