Bada Business - Content Head

Responsibilities

- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout

- Create and publish engaging content

- Edit, proofread and improve writers posts

- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency

- Optimize content according to SEO

- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics

- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic

- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board

- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)

- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audiences attention

Main Competence needed:

1. Tight Operations and Execution with team members, he should be able to tightly lead a team.. Need experience of minimum 10+ years in handling teams.

2. Extreme customer centricity, should be able to demonstrate as to how he keeps customer in centre while getting the content prepared..

3. Should be young/youthful and should understand millennials mindset.

4. Should be flexible in work timings as working with me. He will get comp offs against everytime he extended/adjusted schedules, but flexibility of 7-10 days in a month is needed in work timings.

5. Should be able bring intelligence creativity in improvement cycles

(I dont want him to keep repeating the same mistakes)

6. Should be very articulate in expression, good personality, should explain his view point with clarity and precision. In other words- good presentation skills. It will save my time as he can can explain he views efficiently.

7. Should be able to sincerely take feedbacks and implement.. that stability has to be judged in interviews during conversations.
