KRA's: - Acts as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior management team. - Acts as the liaison between CEO and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time. - Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports to CEO. - Participates with the CEO and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making. - Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO. - Monitor market trends, researches and recommends new and revised policies and strategies. - Keep CEO abreast on current company climate (employee wellbeing, project statuses, new proposals, etc.) - Build strong relationships with employees and oversee their progress, noting any issues or successes - Help coordinate business-wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success. - Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations. - Establishes standards and procedures for measuring and tracking the KPIs of different departments of organization. - Maintains accurate confidential files and data records. - Manage company calendar and ensure deadlines are being met - Work with or lead cross-functional teams About Bada Business Pvt.
