Position Title : Business Analyst

Desired Qualification : Graduate/PG from tier 1 college

Reporting To : CEO

Total Experience : 4-8 years

Key Result Areas :

- Financial Modeling for various strategic decisions & post acquisitions performance analysis & projections

- Providing detailed P&L business analysis with trends, variations, and issues that would enable & support senior management to take business decisions

- Responsible for defining, analyzing, identifying KPI's & business trends to create reporting dashboards for business process management

- Financial Analysis and forecasting revenue and other financial parameters using Data analytics

- Management reporting (MIS) and providing insights based on current operations and forecasting

- Preparation of annual budget and finalization at a corporate level

- Defining business process, project scopes, and project visions for better client satisfaction

- Working on Pricing and Commercial aspects for client RFP's / RFI's

- Involved in project management of corporate-level strategic initiatives and Cost Optimization Projects of business, for tracking progress and achievement

- Closely working with cross-functional teams Sales, Marketing, and CXO level teams to ensure timely deliverables and outcomes

Desired Skill Set (Technical) :

- MS Excel, MS Access, Advanced Access, Advanced Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, Tableau.

Desired Skillset (Non-technical) :

- Inspiring personality

- Should be able to speak with accuracy to connect with clients

- Demonstrate personal drive to learn and evolve

- Process orientation
