Bacancy - Executive/Senior Executive - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
- 2+ years of experience
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Preferably someone having a proven track record in Business Development, Sales with prior experience in B2B Software Products/Services Sales in a similar company/relevant industry
- Extensive sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable service offerings.
- Great networking skills.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Prior experience in the IT consulting/digital /saas/staffing and recruitment industry is preferred.
- Global client exposure is must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead Generation and Prospecting - Finding new sales leads through various mediums
- Well versed with email writing, LinkedIn platform and cold calling
- Able to research and analyze the target segment(Companies) using various tools
- Identify decision-makers, build lists, and collect relevant data
- Manage and run email outreach campaigns
- Schedule meetings / Conference calls with customers.
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
- Lead generation experience across the Europe and UK markets
- Managing records of pipeline, sales, revenue, and other essential data
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
