You should have had:

- Completed BE/B.Tech/M.Sc(IT)/MCA in CS/IT.

- 3-5 years of experience in building large scale Consumer Facing Products

- At least 2 years managing small engineering teams

In addition to engineering management activities, you should be comfortable with our stack (PHP/Laravel/MySQL/AWS,Android/Swift/React/JS) and have experience driving engineering activities (eg. technical design discussions, code reviews, mentoring, etc) as well as spend some time (35%) getting down to code.

Responsibilities - 

Overall:

- Opportunity to create impact and scale in an undisrupted space through product and engineering

- Leadership Role that requires strong strategic, operational and technical skills

- Work on some of the most interesting problem statements Today : content and community building stacks, scaling and mining vernacular, video and voice, training personalisation algorithms at scale, ensuring product scales in differential bandwidth scenarios.

Daily:

- Work with leadership and engineering team on hiring and inspiring our engineers

- Measure and improve the happiness, knowledge and productivity of the team

- Support & mentor team members to improve their capabilities

- Participate in code reviews and train engineers to ensure standards are met

- Resource planning

- Respond to technical clarification requests/rfq's across teams

- Work across engineering ( Front End / Back End / QA / Dev Ops )

- Collaborate with other departments ( product, marketing,content and community) to ensure business metrics are achieved.
