- 8 - 10 years of previous proven experience in Leading & Heading the Sales and Business Development in Digital Agency, Online and FMCG sectors.

- Also should have experience of interaction with senior business leaders and managing strategic client relationships for the organization

Job Brief :


- The Head of Business Development & Partnership is a full-time leadership role leading the sales and client account management.

- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Individual. The candidate will build strong brand relations and continuously increase revenue for the company. Set targets yearly quarterly and monthly and device strategies to achieve these targets along with managing highly motivated team of sales professionals.

Job Responsibilities :

- Own and hit/exceed annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand client base by introducing new brands

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

- Being a thought leader for increasing online presence and channel effectiveness of our partners

- Concept Selling of multiple path-breaking initiatives and products in the Internet space

Job Requirements :

- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

- Proven ability to position products against competitors

- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
