Baby Destination - Senior Analyst - Data Research

We are looking to bring on a senior research analyst to conduct value-added analysis for top clients and provide insights and research critical for decision making on marketing and consumer product development. You will own the end to end process of carrying out research projects including data selection, data analysis, insights and analytics and presenting summary.

Responsibilities:

1. Minimum 3 Yrs of experience in doing data-driven research work.

2. Experience working with Text Data and relevant metrics such as stop words, stemming lemmatization, etc.

3. Expert-level SQL writing skills.

4. Experience with tools such as Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, etc.

5. Exceptional communication and presentations skills in PowerPoint, Google Presentation

Must have :

1. Master's degree from Tier 1 Academic Institution, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, etc.

2. Strong attention to detail.

3. Problem-solving mindset.

4. Ability to work under pressure with short-timelines

5. Must be delivery and deadline oriented.
