Online Reputation Management (ORM) Manager is being hired for the poker vertical of Baazi Games, PokerBaazi. He/ she will be responsible to monitor, connect, converse, engage and enhance the brand's online reputation.
This role reports into the Social Media Lead.
ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively monitor and review user comments, feedback and complaints across social handles including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. This will include deleting spam and abusive comments across all handles.
- Connect, converse and engage with the target audience on digital platforms across, on behalf of the brand thereby building a personal connect.
- Promptly respond to negative comments and feedback.
- Redress complaints/queries within specified turn-around time.
- Effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders internally to reduce the turn- around time plus a two-way communication.
- Build brand love by primary means of addressing user queries and maintaining the brand reputation by changing the perception of people online.
- Effectively identify and utilize social listening tools for response management.
- Maintain and circulate weekly ORM reports to internal stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISITE:
- A degree or certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media is recommended.
- Working knowledge/familiarity with Social listening and ORM tools.
- Well versed with all Social Platforms.
- 5+ years or more (in the same field) is recommended in consumer-tech brands.
