Key Deliverables:

Drive Business Results

1. Design and lead people interventions to facilitate enhanced business performance

2. Help teams meet and raise performance benchmarks

3. Continuously measure effectiveness of HR Programs to ensure they are delivering the desired business outcomes

4. Work in close partnership with respective Functional Leaders as well as Founders to lead strategic as well as operational initiatives

Deploy Manpower Strategy :

1. Help solve for short as well as long term talent and productivity matters

2. Ensure optimum team structures for smooth functioning and re/placement of employees

3. Strategize and execute retention programs

Capability Building :

1. Identify potential skill gaps for the BU encompassing learning and growth interventions, succession plans, leadership development

2. Drive career paths and development plans for identified top talent

3. Identify the right delivery model aligned with the BU's skill requirements

Positive Employee Experience :

1. Be a coach and mentor to Managers as well as business leaders

2. Identify various employee touchpoints and run interventions to create delight for varied personas

3. Create an engaging work environment through various employee listening and communication channels, rewards, and engagement programs

4. Mitigate and minimize matters related to misconducts, non-performance etc through right awareness and training framework around policies, processes etc

Job Specification :

1. PG / MBA in HR / psychology

2. 6+ yrs of experience in a similar role

3. Understanding of Tech as well as non-tech employee personas

4. Strong communications and stakeholder management skills

5. Ability to independently identify and solve moderate to complex business problems through people interventions.
