We are looking for Business analyst /SME Offshore (Trade Finance) for an International BPO Operations based at at Mumbai.

Work Location : Goregaon

Band : 4/5

Reports to : SFS Delivery Manager

Education Qualification: 3 years regular graduation/BE/MBA

CTC & Years of Experience :

Band 4 - min exp 6yrs + upto 8.5 L , Band 5 - min exp 8 yrs + upto 14 L

- Participate in workshops and knowledge gathering sessions

- Domain knowledge accumulation & sharing within the unit

- Management of training program using pre defined training documents

- Understand business and client requirements

- Identify business process gap, data gaps

- Create data and environment requirements for testing

- Ensure, Guide, Assist and Review in creation of business scenario\river, test scenarios and test cases

- Assist team in performing UAT (End to end functional\regression testing via the test team)

- Liaise with client for project deliverables

- Assist in definition of scope of project and milestones

- Track and achieve project milestones

Competencies/Skills:

- Excellent communication & co-ordination skills required.

- Plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment.

- Should have at least 6-8 years experience in Trade Finance (Include accounting principles)

- Good Knowledge of Trade Finance in International Market

- Ability to take ownership and work under pressure.

- Skill to plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment

- An eye for detailing and be proactive in identifying issues.

- Ability to take ownership and work under pressure

- Good project management, planning and organizing skills

Good to Have

- Exposure to (or have strong knowledge) in international market

- Exposure to Visio (or similar tools)

- Exposure\experience in testing

- Knowledge of trade life cycle and custody operations (including corporate actions)

- Good knowledge\experience of STLC

- Knowledge of test tools (QC, QTP etc)
