Salary offered: 8 - 11 LPA
1. Designing of innovative remuneration solutions and provide support on the required governance on the implemented remuneration plans and practices
2. Prepare compensation gap analysis with a view to assisting stakeholders to take informed decisions
3. Ensure consistency of remuneration practices across all functions supported
4. Define and maintain Salary fitment guidelines for new incumbent and Salary ranges for existing positions as appropriate
5. Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices to ensure it meets the business requirements
6. Communication on the compensation & benefits and HR Policies
7. Study legislation and market to assess industry trends
8. Participate in the regular global market surveys on compensation, benefits & other employment related issues and analyse market competitiveness with a view to propose identified gaps or the areas that require immediate focus
9. Flexibility to toggle between India and UK working times as and when required
10. Compensation planning and execution - Managing increment and promotion process
11. Modelling salary structure and global compensation grids
12. Salary bench-marking and Surveys
13. Designing and implementing incentive plans
