As the B2C Online Campaign Manager, you will responsible to devise and implement the company's digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for improving CTR for organic and inorganic conversion. What you will do : - Planning, designing and executing online customer acquisition campaigns - Scaling and managing PPC and PPM campaigns across multiple channels like google, facebook, linkedin, etc. - Planning and managing social media and content marketing campaigns - Working in conjunction with cross functional teams to plan and execute large scale marketing campaigns - Measuring, analyzing and understanding marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions - Managing email lifecycles to nurture leads and engage with customers - Editing / Writing content for marketing collaterals such as ad copies, landing pages, etc. - Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights What you need to know/have : - MBA from premier college preferred - Demonstrable work experience of 2 - 5 years in Digital Marketing agency - Should have led aggressive Digital Marketing Campaigns / managed B2C Online marketing campaigns - Track record of designing and executing high impact digital marketing initiatives and campaigns - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong, multi-channel experience impacting positive growth and engagement in organic social is a great add on - Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills - Impeccable attention to detail Salary Offered : 12-15 LPA
