Roles and Responsibilities
Suitable candidate shall have a clear understanding of the following.
Managerial:
- Marketing mix and budget management
- Strategic roadmap planning for B2B marketing initiatives targeting the pharma, hospitals, insurance industries
- Short and long term market forecasts preparation, reports, and trends tracking
- Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors is essential to increasing marketing's contribution to revenue
- KPI framework setting, tracking and monitoring success
- B2B systems, tools and processes relevant for enterprise marketing
Content Marketing:
- Messaging and content strategy framework setting based on ideal product positioning for target personas
- Agencies / freelancers briefing and management for content development and optimisation, including lead magnets, white papers, reports, case studies etc
- B2B multichannel campaign planning strategies to amplify key messaging
- Content and content marketing optimisation with ultimate goal of brand awareness and lead generation
Events:
- Identification and partnerships with third parties and associations and bodies for driving brand awareness, credibility building and lead generation
- Webinar strategies and implementation of company hosted webinars to own the space as thought leader
