B2B Enterprise Sales Specialist -NCR Delhi
We are looking to hire Sales Specialist for a start up company based in Bangalore :
To target Mid-Segment companies in India, based out of NCR or Mumbai. Most of the Mid-Segment companies are headquartered out of these 2 cities.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Market research and analysis, competitor analysis, new trends and developments in the industry, recommendations based on business analysis
- Identify and generate revenue through new client acquisitions.
- Building and managing sales pipeline
- Ability to interact with any level within the customer organization (particularly with CEO/CMOs/ CIOs/Business Head).
- Contact, identify and qualify key decision makers within target organizations.
- Understand and analyze Client needs, and offer services accordingly, work closely with business analysis team.
- Properly position our products and solutions across all vertical markets.
- Negotiate with customers on commercials / Scope
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to demonstrations and closing business.
- Engage closely with the delivery/implementation training team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules during the Sales process.
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasting.
- Travel to customer locations and customer focused events when required.
- Maintain warm relations with existing clients.
- Excellent team management and interpersonal communication skills enabling effective interaction with people at all organizational levels.

- Experience in Retail - Consumer Durable& Electronics segment only

- Courageous decision maker, with minimal dependency and without fear of failure
- Experience with managing clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- MBA Graduates from top ranked institution would be preferred
