B2B Ecommerce (Outright) - Provide leadership, direction setting, and clear strategic focus to manage & grow brand, category portfolio for B2B/ Outright eCommerce accounts - Lead a team of KAMs to drive sales ; primary sales revenue and secondary sales revenue. - Drive online business strategies, online experience & ecosystem, Sales forecasting, and inventory levels. - Gain overall market share ; primary & secondary market share in outright accounts - Stakeholder management ; Liaise with category managers on respective portals for planning monthly sales and identifying growth opportunities - Inventory management ; Work with internal sourcing/ production teams to create inward plan as per requirement; deploy inventory to portal warehouses; ensure inventory sufficiency, reduce non-selling inventory as per portal guidelines - Listing ; ensure availability of eCommerce SKUs are live on respective portals
