We are looking for a experienced person to head our Internal Audit practice. The Job profile would entail: - Overall P&L responsibility for the vertical - Setting up a team to focus on internal audits and assignments like process reviews; Internal controls testing and certification; Investigative and forensic audits; and other compliance certifications. - Business development for the vertical - Managing ongoing projects and the Internal audit team - Reportees will include Audit managers as well as junior staff The Candidate would report directly to the Managing Partner. The ideal candidate should have: - Ample experience in having conducted Internal or other process-oriented audits or investigations for mid to large corporates / clients - Be detail oriented with a focus on delivering excellence - Committed, self driven and excited to be part of a growing advisory practice - Entrepreneurial, as he/she would be responsible for the practice's P&L and be sharing in the profits as a partner as well
