Position Summary :
The TA Manager will be responsible for all the aspects of recruitment including improving the quality of recruitment practices, bringing in AI/ML-based assessment tools, process automation, and leading a recruitment team.
Job Responsibilities :
- To provide full life-cycle recruiting in order to fill the open positions.
- Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process of the organization.
- Brining in automation in the shortlisting process by using various AI/ML based assessment tools.
- Coordinate with the upper and top management for understanding the hiring needs.
- Weekly and monthly reviews for improving the recruitment process and patterns.
- Responsible for working on the open positions along with the TA team as per defined TAT.
- Manage and build the company's internal database (ATS).
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in technology domain.
- Should have the eye for detail.
- Should have the ability and experience to headhunt right skills.
- Should have the ability to work in an agile environment.
- Should have a passion for recruitment and attitude to learn.
- Should be based out of/ okay to relocate to Ahmedabad.
