Roles and Responsibilities :

LIQUOR BACKGROUND IS A MUST WITH EXPERIENCE IN BOTTLING LINE

- To ensure smooth, efficient and uninterrupted operation of the factory to deliver goods as per the volume requirement of the company in a safe and responsible environment

- To ensure production of best quality products at a competitive cost consistently.

- To ensure complete maintenance of the production set up including plant & machinery and keep them in good order for optimum capacity utilization.

- To ensure 100% compliance of all statutory obligations and liaison effectively with all agencies such as Government, Semi-Government, regulatory bodies for a smooth and uninterrupted operation

- To co-ordinate with HO for major decision making and logistic support for the factory.

- To build a cohesive, motivated & forward-looking team to deliver high level performance and to meet new challenges.

- Strive to create and maintain a healthy and dispute free industrial relation atmosphere, essential for smooth operation and growth.

- To strategize and implement various projects, favorable for cost cutting, cost engineering and resource augmentation.

- To train manpower resources to take care of the expanding business requirement of the company.

- Maximizing income from disposal of by-product etc.

- Budgeting for overheads and maintenance & repair and controlling the expenditure within the budget

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Science with a technological bent

- B. Tech would be an added advantage

- Winery experience would be very helpful, but liquor experience is a must

- Liquor Background Is A Must With Experience In Bottling Line.
