Resource Manager Looking for a smart individual to join our Resource Management Group with below requirements: Skills and attributes for success : - Graduates with 1-3 years of relevant Resource management experience. - Understanding of business models, operational and financial aspects of service delivery is mandatory. - The suitable candidate should have good analytical skills, can compute staffing demands, validate skills and experiences associated with the demand, identify suitable fulfilment options from the internal pool of professionals available for allocation or on bench and negotiate staffing solutions with the delivery teams. - Discuss with respective stakeholders to understand resource productivity and utilization aspects. - Need to have good understanding of job families of Applications and its associated skillsets. - The resource will also be responsibility for identifying training needs for the resources in line with business needs. To qualify for the role, you must have : - Excellent domain knowledge in resource management, Forecasting, planning and MIS. - Strong execution skills with focus on meeting timelines and delivering highest quality service. - Should be flexible in working hours and have go getter attitude - Should have process oriented approach - Solution oriented mindset. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. - Strong time management and analytical skills. - Stakeholder management skills - Overall 4-7 years of experience - Candidate should be open to work in Hybrid Work Model Job Location : Bangalore (Near Lifestyle Signal, Ashok Nagar)
