Job Description - Responsible for merchandise planning and procurement for women's apparel. - Ensuring merchandise selection as per the brand requirements. - Merchandise selection to improve sell-through rates. - Maintain good rapport and relationship with designers. Introduce new and retain existing designers. - Effectively execute merchandise operations to ensure timely delivery of orders, return of the merchandise to the designers, shoot schedules etc. - Preparing and presenting periodic merchandising reports. - Smooth coordination with other functions for meeting work deliverables. - Should have handled a team. Job Specification - Minimum 5-7 years of relevant category merchandising experience. - Must have studied Fashion from a reputed institute Graduate / Post Graduate (NIFT preferred). - Must have good understanding of the luxury designer category. - Must have working knowledge of Systems (MS Office - especially excel). - Adaptable, Analytical and Team player. - Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
