Marketing - Campaign Automation Specialist

- End-to-End campaign planning from strategy to driving lead generation, retention and final closure.

- Managing and executing marketing campaign to drive new customer acquisition and retention through emails, sms and notifications with the help of various automation tools like (Clevertap, Webengage etc)

- Measure the performance of the campaigns in personalized channels [Emails, SMS & Push notifications ] throughout the entire customer life cycle.

- Monitoring ongoing marketing campaigns tracking KPIs of the same.

- Analyzing campaign results including the audience, offers, creative, click through rates and conversion.

- Collaborate with multiple verticals like content, analytics and product for planning and deployment of new campaigns to drive business objectives.

- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.

Job Specifications:

- Bachelors, Master degree or post graduation diploma (PGDM) in Marketing

- 3+ years of experience working on Campaign/Marketing automation

- Experience working on B2C product preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem solving, analytical, decision making and technical ability.
