Sales Head - Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
- Land and expand; build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Improve the Top line for the business unit of Insurance.
- Projecting Monthly numbers and ensuring that the team meets margin targets with healthy MoM growth.
- Finding opportunities to maximise the profitability of the business and conducting financial analysis.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Skills and Qualifications:- Should have 5-7 years of experience in business development and building category.
- Should have strong experience in business analytics, consumer insights development, and a solid understanding of core marketing levers.
- Should have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
- Should be an excellent communicator and creative thinker.
- Should be organised and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.
