Job Description :

- Drive and focus on high-performance culture and support the business leads on building and developing value-based culture.

- Strategic partnership with leadership in shaping talent upskilling and continuous improvement initiatives that help achieve high-performing engaged teams.

- Guide employees and leadership on employee relations, policy interpretation, and application.

- Develop effective partnerships with employees, managers and ensure a positive work environment. Create a robust employee network.

- Implement talent management strategies and develop relationships with businesses to drive org goals.

- Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze employee information.

- Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people's challenges and foster a positive work environment.

- Evaluate potential employee challenges and address them proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.

- Ensure effective talent attraction, identification, and management of candidates.

- Evaluate and advise on motivation, development, and retention of our employees.

- Develop and nurture professional relationships with peers, colleagues, business, and senior leaders and build effective employee engagement strategies.

- Effective contribution towards strategic initiatives and efficient in performing tactical & operational work.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, be energetic, proactive, agile, aggressive (can drive projects to closure), and have a structured thought process.

- Have a data-driven mindset and experience with data/analytics.
