Role : HR Operations / COE Head Designation : Senior Manager / AVP- 1 Reporting to : Head - Human Resources Location - Gurugram Overview : - Oversee the Employee Life cycle and lead various employee benefits program. - Leading various HR projects including compensation plans revisions - Implementing functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations - Overseeing our payroll and revamp performance evaluation systems - Change and Transformation, you'll support evidence-based decision-making. You'll provide analytical inputs to the HR Leadership and the key stakeholders. - You will bring a quantitative perspective to discussions on new and existing HR processes and procedures. - You will use data, research, and analytical insights of People Operations to help them improve processes, build predictive data sets to enable stakeholders to solve people-related challenges - Provide strategic support to the Human Resource function in the areas of human capital metrics, reporting, and advanced predictive analytic capabilities - To design and implement dashboards that visualize data in a meaningful and actionable framework for the leadership - To statistically analyze employee data and translate insights for the development of predictive models for attrition, high performance, recruiting and learning demand - To be responsible for organization HR audits and compliance activity - Build employee relations and develop programes for employee retention. Requirements : - Candidates preferred from Top Premier Institutes with a minimum experience of 5 years in similar role. - Work experience as a Head of HR Operations/CoE (Exposure in HR Analytics) - Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools - Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs, manage various employee benefits plan - Good knowledge of labor legislation - Leadership abilities - Stakeholder Management - High sense of ownership & delivery - Self-Motivated - Good people management skills
